We issue digital invoices for every confirmed payment. Each invoice includes the order reference, GPU hours consumed, the deposit address used, and the transaction hash for auditability.
Requesting an invoice
- Invoices are automatically generated in your dashboard under Billing → Invoices.
- To have an invoice re-issued with a specific billing entity, open a ticket with your legal name, registered address, and tax ID (if applicable).
- US customers requiring a W-9 may email billing for a signed copy.
We do not currently issue VAT invoices; our US entity operates under Delaware sales tax rules.
